I agree. The drive thru times are ridiculous. I watched 3. People walk in and walk out by the time I got thru the drivethru. We also wanted chicken sandwiches. so. After the first below. 13 days later they still had no sandwiches. So my husband decided to get Burger King for that.. but yeah. 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 4 cars ahead of us. And then the prices. 25$ for 2 meals.
That's not happening again. No fast food entree should be 13$. -

Food is terrible I'd rather have chicken from the grocery store deli. Employees were unprofessional and the manager had all her paperwork out on the tables when she walked away I noticed she has left confidential things such as photo copies of employees Drivers licenses and social security cards. If I was a dishonest person I could ha e snapped photos with my phone and done something malicious.
I give this place a year and it will be closed. -

Been here a few times. Last time I went there, ordered two 3-piece tender dinners. After waiting 20 minutes in line and finally getting home, I realized they gave me bone-in chicken and not tenders so I drove back and walked in. I asked them to remake the dinners since by that point, the food had gotten cold. I brought in a receipt and everything, but they refused to give me the meals and ended up only giving me a single box full of tenders. Once I got home for a second time, I realized they only gave me 4 total tenders, not the six that I should have gotten. This whole ordeal took at least 45 min and I didn't even get what I ordered.
The most recent time, I ordered the 2 can dine for 10 deal with blackened ranch on the side. Not only did they only give me 1 ranch container for 6 tenders, but the ranch was obviously bad. As soon as I opened it I could tell since it was a very watery consistency and had strange orange bubbles around the rim.
The customer service is pretty rude too, and seems to never know what we've ordered once we get up to the window. I always have to clarify it.
Be prepared for a long wait and an unsatisfactory meal. -

Worst customer service. I got the food thrown in my car and the drive thru window slammed in my face. I would avoid this popeyes unfortunately.

I was so excited about finally getting a Popeyes close to my house but the last two times I've been there have been a disaster. Last week I sat in the drive-through for so long I gave up, backed out of the drive-through and went home. This time I have literally been sitting in my car for over 30 minutes waiting for somebody to bring me my food out. C'mon!
Update: Got my order finally after 40 minutes (I know this because I watched 2 episodes of Friends on my phone while waiting :) Got home and no sauce! AND I paid extra for the sauce!
